## How it works

### 1. Bring your list

Upload a CSV or paste from a spreadsheet. Your columns stay as they are.

- CSV upload or paste
- Your own columns, kept as they are
- Mobiles, landlines and VoIP tagged

### 2. Push leads to a campaign

Match the phone, name and consent columns, then push. New rows can join on their own.

- Phone number required
- Consent source and date travel with each lead
- New rows join automatically

### 3. Write the sequence

Texts, waits and conditions. Personalise with any column and see the segment count as you type.

- Text, Wait and Condition steps
- {{Column name}} fields
- Segment count and AI drafts

### 4. Launch and let it run

Pick numbers, days and hours, then launch. Each step goes out on time, from the number that first texted that lead.

- Sending days and hours
- One number per lead
- Landlines and opt-outs skipped

### 5. Answer replies in one inbox

Every reply from every number, with the full thread. A reply stops that lead’s sequence.

- One queue for every number
- A reply ends the sequence
- Draft replies and summaries

- **Opt-out line until they reply.** Every text carries the registered opt-out line until the person replies.
- **STOP works at once.** STOP, ARRET and other opt-out words end texts before the next send.
- **HELP gets an answer.** A HELP reply returns your business name and contact.
- **Registered numbers.** Every text goes from a number registered to your brand.
